The Meetings Industry Association’s (mia) guidance on reopening the business meetings and events industry has been updated to reflect Step 3 in the Recovery Roadmap.
The guidance, which was initially published as part of the mia’s comprehensive package of business support and has been signposted in the government’s guidance for the sector, now features updated protocols all designed to provide essential reassurance to encourage clients to place bookings.
